If your notebook's exact model name is listed there, the product is compatible. Please make sure the model name matches exactly.

Yes, but you must first register as an MSI member before placing an order; only then will you have access to the Account dashboard after ordering.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it by applying directly through the online store.
If more than 24 hours have passed, please request a return after you receive the package.

Unfortunately, no. Our payment system processes transactions on a per-order basis, so pending refunds cannot be applied as credits toward new orders.

※For product defect, wrong product, or damaged package, please email your request to us-sparepart@msi.com within 48 hours.
MSI will provide a FedEx return label.
※For other issues, please submit an online return request through this e-store within 14 days of receiving the package. You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping cost. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
