Refund Policy
Only items originally sold by MSI-US SPARE PARTS Official Online Store may be eligible for return. Conditions apply: i) Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery; ii) returned must be accompanied by the original packaging; iii) be assigned a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number; and iv) must be shipped back in its original condition. While we understand that some items are being returned because they may not work the way a customer expects it to, we do expect all items to be put back in its place. The item must be unassembled and include all accessories and hardware parts. The original packaging is designed to keep the item safe and secured during shipping and alterations to to the packaging, or using third party packaging can result in damages to the item. The Buyer is responsible for all damages incurred during shipping if the item is not properly packaged in its original packaging, along with costs associated with the return, which will be deducted from the Buyer’s final return refund.
Returned item(s) are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any missing or damaged components will result in an assessment and reduction to the final refund amount. We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving delivery under any circumstances. In addition, please be advised that if incorrect or unrelated items are returned to us along with your purchase, we will not be responsible for these items; such items will not be shipped back, and no refund or credit will be issued for them. We encourage you to carefully review your return shipment to ensure only the correct items are included.
Return Shipment Window
You must request a return within 14 calendar days of product delivery to the address on your order. Your return must be trackable within 14 calendar days of product delivery to the address on your order or 7 calendar days after an RMA number is sent to you whichever gives you more time. We do not accept returns after this period under any circumstances. Once you request a return, please wait for the RMA number to be sent to you before sending the item back to us.
Exchange
We do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase a new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.
Address Correction
After order fulfillment to the address provided on the Buyer’s order invoice, we are not responsible for rerouting, reshipping or picking up the item(s) to a different address under any circumstances. Please note that this includes but is not limited to the event of a buyer changing residence and not updating the address on their buying account.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Delivery
We understand your time is valuable. In the unfortunate event your ordered item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect (including wrong item shipped, missing accessories, or incomplete packaging), or non-functional, please contact us by email at us-sparepart@msi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Additionally, please and include all images of the outer box, color box, and item that indicate the type of issue reported in your email.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Obvious damage to the packaging or the contents or obvious incorrect deliveries must be reported by the customer to the forwarding agent/freight service immediately. Where possible, refuse acceptance of the damaged or incorrect delivery. The customer must also inform MSI via e-mail or online chat so that the MSI e-shop can assert its rights against the carrier/freight service or sub-supplier. The same applies to defects which only become apparent after opening the packaging.
If you do not file a complaint or do not contact us, there will be no consequences for you. However, a filed complaint with us or written notice via email or online chat help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
Please scroll to the bottom of our website homepage and click on “Return” to start your return request.
A RMA ticket will be issued upon successful submission.
Please write the RMA ticket number clearly on the outside of the return package. This number will help us identify your package upon arrival.
All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any lost return shipments.

If you are using a carrier that you choose, please be sure to advise us of the tracking number for the package once the item is shipped. It is important for us to be able to track your return before it arrives. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for us to receive, process your return, and issue a refund. You will be notified once we have processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total, subject to any deductions specified under our return policy.
